Refund policy
At Milana Art & Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality design and construction services. Due to the nature of our work, the following policy applies:
All deposits and initial payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced. This includes any design consultations, concept development, or planning work that has already been completed.
If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of signing the service agreement. In this case, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.
Once a project is underway, refunds will not be issued for completed phases of work. Any disputes regarding the quality of work must be raised within 7 days of project delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.
